RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at VanTay.
We will accept returns if you can verify that the product you purchased was defective upon receipt. If that is the case, please email us with details of the product and the defect, within 48 hours of receipt of product at email@example.com. Pictures are welcomed but please limit to a maximum of 3. The product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

When the product is received and inspected you will receive an email to let you know that your refund has been issued
Full refunds are allowed within 14 days of receipt
(Note that calendar days include weekends but not bank holidays)
